These terms and conditions are subject to occasional changes and apply to all Oxo services that are provided by Oxo and its service partners.
By using our platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms & conditions, as well as the privacy policy.

Booking:
The process of booking services from this platform may require you to disclose your personal information eg: name, email, vehicle no. etc. and to prevent any unauthorized access to these you shall avoid using any unsecure mobile links, computers, mobile phones or unreliable internet connections. The customer agrees and confirms that before placing an order they shall check the service description and price carefully and by placing an order they agree to be bound by these terms and service description. Customer shall only place the order after fully satisfying themselves with price and description as displayed. if you instruct a service partner to carry out any additional work directly, we urge you to get a written agreement with them that states the work to be carried out and the price to be paid.
In the event of detecting any suspicious activity from user's account, Oxo reserves the right to cancel all pending and future orders owing to any such incidents without any liability to the user. In the event of cancellation a booking of doorstep service after our service partner's arrival at their location the customer is entitled to pay a fixed cancellation fee.

Payment:
Oxo uses third-party payment providers to receive payments from user. Oxo is not responsible for delays or erroneous transaction execution or cancellation of service due to payment issues. In case of additional payment, the user shall only pay on our platform or link generated by Oxocare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Oxo takes maximum care to work with third-party payment providers, but does not control their system, processes and technology hence cannot be held responsible for any fault at the end of the payment provider.
In a credit/debit card transaction, the user must use their own for which user has full right & authority to validly use such card for making payment to Oxo. Oxo shall not be liable for any card-related fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user.

Communication:
When you use Oxo, you agree and understand that you are communicating with Oxo through an electronic medium and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from Oxo periodically and when required. Oxo may communicate with you by email or similar modes of communication. Oxo makes the best efforts to safeguard your personal information available with it, but transmissions made by means of the internet cannot be guaranteed or made absolutely secure.
